Order Online
Making a purchase online could not be easier. Just search or browse the categories of our online shop and select the items that you wish to order by clicking on the 'add to cart' link. When your selection is completed, click on the 'Order this product' link and you will be asked for additional information that we need to fulfil your request.
If you have not yet opened an account you will be asked to register as a new customer. You only have to register once to be able to log in during future visits with your personal password and username. A separate account is necessary for each e-mail address.
Prices and Discounts
All prices are quoted in Euros and prices are subject to change without notice. Postage at the most economic rate is added to each order. Postage will show as zero in the case of electronic versions of our products, conference registrations or other immaterial products. In the case of online orders, the total amount due is displayed before the credit card transaction is completed. No extra costs will be charged on a completed transaction. Euromapping assumes responsibility for possible variations in postage rates or in interpretation by the Post Office of what constitutes a letter or a parcel.
Discounts are available to wholesalers, retailers and agents. Please contact Euromapping's Sales Department for more information: sales@euromapping.com
Any transaction invoiced to an address in France includes VAT at the rate of 5.5%, without affecting the product's cover price, which is the same to all destinations. Under French tax law, exemption from VAT or customs duties applies to the sale of all publications in our catalogue to clients outside France.
N.B. The rate applicable for conference registrations by French residents is 19.6%. The automatically generated invoice showing 5.5% will be replaced by an invoice produced manually and sent within 48 hours of completion of the order. (Pending development of the shop to accommodate different VAT rates.)
Shipping and handling
No charge is made for handling and packing. Postage is charged at the economic rate currently applied by La Poste for letters and parcels. (Does not apply to immaterial products.)
Payment
To order our publications online, you will need a valid credit card. We accept Visa and MasterCard. For alternative methods of payment (such as bank transfer to our account at the Caisse d'Epargne Rhône-Alpes, Seyssinet, France), please contact our Sales Department at sales@euromapping.com
Credit card information
No information referring to your credit card is stored in the profile; bank details will be entered solely on the secure online payment facility managed on our behalf by the Caisse d'Epargne Rhône-Alpes. For details of the SPplus secure on-line payment facility, click on the appropriate link while on their server, which is completely independent of Euromapping's server and data base.
Returns Policy
Transactions are concluded on a firm sales basis only with no right of return, unless the order is accidentally damaged on delivery. To request the return of damaged books or maps, or products incorrectly supplied, please contact our Publications Sales Department at sales@euromapping.com
Cancellations and Claims
To amend or cancel a completed online order, please contact Euromapping's Sales Department via fax on +33 476 702806 or email sales@euromapping.com within one hour following the purchase. Claims are honoured within 30 days from the date of invoice. All claims must be submitted with our invoice number by fax or e-mail.
